A Family Collage Safety Banner transforms your team’s family photos into one powerful, large-scale reminder of why safety matters. Typically featuring 75–200 individual photos, each custom collage brings together the families of your employees around your company logo and an emotionally driven safety message, making safety personal by connecting workplace safety to the people waiting for them at home.
Project sizes range from 10' × 20' to 48' × 80' and can start around $1,500 for smaller sizes, with approximately two to three months recommended from photo collection through final production.

How it runs, start to finish

Scope and quote
Size, elevation, roughly how many employees. We quote the banner and the mounting together so there are no surprises later.

Photo collection
You send a call-out; employees submit family photos to a point person. Realistically 4 to 6 weeks and at least one reminder. We give you the wording, spec sheet and an upload link to submit all your photos at once.

Design and proof
We assemble the collage, balance exposure and color across hundreds of images, work in your logo and safety message, and send a proof.

Revisions
Two rounds of minor revisions are included. In practice most plants change one or two things.

Print and ship
Two to three weeks after final approval.

Install
With tension brackets or an Invisible Frame kit, plus instructions your maintenance team can actually follow.

What is a family collage safety banner?
A large-format banner assembled from photographs of employees' own family members, typically 50 to 200 individual photos combined into a single image. Plants use them to make safety personal. Allow two to three months, because collecting the photographs takes longer than printing.
How long does a custom safety banner take?
Custom artwork for a safety banner is delivered within 1-2 business days. Family collage banners can take much longer due to the photo collection process and detail involved in coordinating 100+ photos together.
Production is typically 7-10 business days for all of our vinyl banner products, but rush turnaround is often available.
What artwork do you need from us?
It helps to have a high-resolution image to start with, a vector file for logos (.ai, .eps, .svg) where possible. If you do not have print-ready artwork we will design it. Simply send us a written description, computer sketch up, or a hand-drawn rough idea and we will create a professional design. We will always send a proof and wait for your approval before printing.
Custom artwork starts at $20 for simple layouts or changes to one of our existing templates, and $40 for a full custom design. A large family safety collage ranges from $400 to $550.
How much does a large safety banner cost?
Our building banners start at approximately $800 for a 10' x 20'. The larger building banners size 30' x 50' costs approximately $3,750. Larger banners cost less per square foot because setup is a smaller share of the job. Prices include pole pockets for installation on a frame system.
