Our building banners start at approximately $800 for a 10' x 20'. The larger building banners size 30' x 50' costs approximately $3,750. Larger banners cost less per square foot because setup is a smaller share of the job. Prices include pole pockets for installation on a frame system.

Our largest to date is 48' x 80', which is 3,840 square feet but any custom size is possible. The practical limits are your building and how you intend to mount it, not the printing.

A large-format banner assembled from photographs of employees' own family members, typically 50 to 200 individual photos combined into a single image. Plants use them to make safety personal. Allow two to three months, because collecting the photographs takes longer than printing.

Custom artwork for a safety banner is delivered within 1-2 business days. Family collage banners can take much longer due to the photo collection process and detail involved in coordinating 100+ photos together.

Production is typically 7-10 business days for all of our vinyl banner products, but rush turnaround is often available.

Standard for outdoor use is our 13 oz. heavy vinyl. We also have a 7 oz. lightweight vinyl available upon request that is suitable for indoors or short-term use outdoors. Mesh vinyl, with wind perforations, suits high-wind elevations and fence lines. All are digitally printed with a UV coating.

Two years minimum against fading from the UV coating, and three to four years in practice for a correctly tensioned banner on a typical elevation. Sheltered or interior banners last far longer. Lifespan is determined more by how it is hung than by the material.

For large building banners, customers typically use our vinyl tension bracket system. Brackets are installed every 3 to 4 feet around the perimeter and connect to gripper bars inside the banner's pole pockets. The banner is then tensioned on all sides for a smooth, taut, professional appearance.

For smaller building banners, our Invisible Frame kit is another great option. It keeps the banner tight while hiding the mounting hardware for a cleaner finished look.

Both systems are reusable, making it easy to update your graphics in the future. Anchoring hardware should be selected by your maintenance team based on the building's wall construction.

Judge by viewing distance. A 30' x 50' reads clearly across a plant yard. Send a photograph of the building with rough dimensions and we will tell you what will look right.

It helps to have a high-resolution image to start with, a vector file for logos (.ai, .eps, .svg) where possible. If you do not have print-ready artwork we will design it. Simply send us a written description, computer sketch up, or a hand-drawn rough idea and we will create a professional design. We will always send a proof and wait for your approval before printing.

Custom artwork starts at $20 for simple layouts or changes to one of our existing templates, and $40 for a full custom design. A large family safety collage ranges from $400 to $550.

Some products have a minimum due to the labor of set up. We can print single banners and small sticker runs starting at 25 pieces for around $40.

A kiss-cut sticker starts as a square, typically 2-3 inches, with an extra cut only through the top sticker layer, leaving the paper backing entirely intact. This releases a custom shape, so the finished sticker can be any shape you want making it easy to peel and protecting its edges.

Die cutting achieves a similar result but we generally reserve it for unusual sizes or when a customer asks for it specifically.

The published chart covers the four most popular and suggested sizes: 2" and 2.5" circles, and 2.5" and 2" x 3" kiss-cut. Any custom size or shape is available on request. Square stickers cost the same as the comparable circle size, and rounded corners are included at no extra cost.

Yes. We print and ship across the United States from a few different facility locations with our main site in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Freight is quoted per shipment.

Safety awareness banners are not a regulated product in the way that ANSI-format hazard signage is. They support a safety program rather than satisfy a specific standard. OSHA's VPP program actively encourages safety-awareness promotion, and many of our customers are VPP sites using banners as part of that. If you need ANSI Z535-format regulatory signage, tell us and we will format to the standard.

We are already set up at many Nucor sites. If your plant requires new-supplier registration we will complete the paperwork. We have done it many times.

Yes. If you have the original artwork we will reprint it. If not, a good photograph is usually enough to rebuild the design. If you are replacing a banner on existing brackets, tell us the spacing and we will print to fit.

A vinyl bracket tension system uses individual heavy duty mechanical clips or brackets (like springs or tension rods) around the edges of a banner to stretch and hold the vinyl flat. An invisible frame conceals all mounting hardware behind the graphic perimeter, creating a clean, low-profile, floating appearance with no visible border hardware.

In more detail, tension brackets create a tight smooth surface while the hardware is slightly visible around the edges. It is a cost-effective choice for larger building banners, fast graphic changes and high wind resistance. A standard set up for 20’ x 40’ system will cost approximately $1,600.

The Invisible Frame is a complete engineered frame with no visible hardware, creating a seamless, floating aesthetic with better appearance and wind performance. The banner can be swapped without re-rigging. A 15’ x 30’ can run close to $4,500 for the kit.

ACM (aluminum composite) is rigid, weatherproof and appropriate for production areas and permanent installation. A reflective coating can be added for dim lit areas and roadways. Corrugated plastic is lighter and cheaper. It is a good solution for temporary or interior use. In a mill environment we generally recommend ACM.

Yes, and it is the usual route. We will change the wording, drop in your logo and plant name, or rework the artwork entirely. Everything on this site was drawn in-house, so nothing is off-limits.
